We will enjoy a picnic lunch in the tea fields with breathtaking mountain views before continuing on foot for around 3 more hours to reach a remote mountain lodge hidden in the plantation. The night will be spent here, with a warm home-cooked rice and curry dinner and basic but comfortable accommodation.

We stop for a picnic lunch overlooking the mountains, then continue for another 3 hours of hiking, eventually arriving at a remote lodge located in a quiet tea estate. Spend the evening relaxing, enjoying a home-cooked Sri Lankan rice and curry dinner, and resting overnight.
After enjoying breakfast at the lodge, we begin our second day of trekking, heading toward Bambarakanda Falls, the tallest waterfall in Sri Lanka.
